•Yields: slightly higher and flatter

•News: Ukraine-Russia: Russia  advancing on Kyiv,  USA sanctions market friendly as Russia still in Swift and can sell energy. Impact was boost of markets and a drop in energy prices. Sanctions on Russian banks has had a negative impact on US banks. News report that Russia ready to meet with Ukraine  USA: PCE m-m .5% expected,  Durable Goods 830ET Consumer Sentiment 10am

•Stocks: SQ +18% beat Cash App 44MAU; ZS beat -12% forecast lower;  ETSY beat +16%; BYND miss -10%; FTCH beat +30% FL miss -16%

•Indices: USA indices are higher ahead of the PCE print.  If PCE is hot, FED concerns will be raised which can result in yields higher and stocks lower. USA indices are short term overbought so pullback at open likely. Setup pre-PCE is for a positive day. SPY Support: 425 Resistance: 430 435 440
