Overview: USA indices have declined post Thur close and bouncing since European open. Macro setup mixed with European indices negative, US$ lower, and yields lower. SPY 390.5 with support at 390, and 388 with resistance at 392.7, and 395. SPY expected move +/- 4.4 with implied volatility 2x Monday. QQQ 292.3 with resistance at 293, and 295 with support at 290. QQQ expected move +/-3.9. S&P500 is at a major support level with large options positions at 3900 which can act as support and conversely a break of 3900 can lead to a large down draft. Financials are a concern again today with SIVB’s issues weighing on other banks. Non-farm payrolls will be market moving with oversized upside move possible if lower than consensus. In my opinion, should S&P500 bounce or hold 3900, potential for large upside move towards end of day. QQQ is outperforming premarket but Russell has greatest potential for relief rally due to high regional bank holdings.

My Trade Idea: SPY
SPY has a +/- 4 expected move for today. 390 is a large support level and 395, 400 with resistance levels. Thinking long > 390 with risk of a large downdraft should 388.5 not hold. In my analysis, Heavy put buying Thurs can lead to a strong bounce towards the end of day. Risk is the issues in the financial sector
