Market View

In the premarket world markets are bouncing with USA green, Europe red, Japan green, Hong Kong green, China green and Asia mixed. Yield curve continues to steepen, boosting financials and small caps. At some point the sharply rising yield curve will be problematic IMO but not this morning. US dollar slightly lower is positive for equities and commodities. USA markets are slightly positive small caps leading with small cap momo tech, solar, Evs, energy, and China internet bouncing from Monday. TSLA is the 2000 lb gorilla and bouncing on news of a potential deal with TATA.  FAANGM have been laggards and need to watch for general market direction

TATA motors is an Indian auto maker that owns UK based Jaguar and Rover. Friday it reported a 21% rise in Dec sales.  Today’s news is a rumor of  business deal with TSLA.  Overnight high of 16.51 can be used as a breakout level.
